Through our Restorative Leadership Retreats, We invest in the long-term well-being of survivor advocates. Because survivor leaders do their daily work directly in the field where they experienced trauma, they face continuous triggers and secondary trauma. We provide trauma-informed care, peer community, and fully funded scholarship retreats so leaders can heal, recharge, and continue driving sustainable systemic change.

Survivor leaders can apply for full scholarships to attend, giving them the space they need to heal and recharge without the financial burden.
