We cannot empower a child to protect themselves in the physical world while leaving them completely exposed in the digital one. Platform safety features and corporate "privacy policies" are not a substitute for federal law. We need real, uncompromised accountability.
What does it cost a child when the law isn't there to protect them?
I know the exact answer to that question. The other thirty-something children in that mansion paid it, too.
That is why I'm here.

• Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) Training Program: Completed training through the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, State of Florida (serving the Counties of Charlotte, Collier, Hendry, Glades and Lee) to advocate for the best interests of children in the court system. (Granted November 2009)
